Sometimes we forget our passwords. If your having issues signing in, make sure that you have not made any typing errors and that no auto-fill is not activated if your password is case sensitive.

If all else fails please do the following: 

  1. Go to the web platform sign in page.
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
  3. Enter your email address and confirm to receive a password reset email. 
  4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email. 
  5. Enter your new password on the reset password page. 
  6. If your password was successfully accepted you will receive a notice on the page.
  7. Go to sign in and sign in with your new password.
