Bitspark allows you to withdraw national currency from your Bitspark account, to a bank account, provided that the currency supports bank withdrawals.

Withdrawing national currency to a bank account is completed in three steps.

  1. Check what currency your account is currently set to
  2. Change your account currency to the currency you wish to withdraw
  3. Enter the details of the bank account you wish to withdraw to

Step 1: Check what currency your account is currently set to.

The currency that your account is denominated in is indicated by the currency indicated on the 'account balance' box on the dashboard.

In this example, the account currency is set to AUD.

Step 2: Change your account currency to the currency you wish to withdraw.

To change your account currency, go to your profile by clicking the link in the menu on the left.

Next, select the account currency in the drop down pictured, for the currency you wish to withdraw. Remember to save your selection by clicking 'update profile' at the bottom of this screen.

Step 3: Enter the details of the bank account you wish to withdraw to.

Next, select 'withdraw' from the menu on the left.

Now, enter the details of the bank account you wish to withdraw to. These can be for your own bank account, or for the bank account of another person.

Take care to enter the details correctly. Incorrectly entered details can delay the arrival of your funds to the recipient.
